ABOUT US

Pacific Cove Development (PCD) is a boutique design/builder and developer based in Santa Monica, CA. PCD focuses on projects – turnkey from conception to completion – throughout Southern California, particularly in coastal areas of Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. With a strong belief in sustainability, PCD enjoys the pursuit of smart and efficient practices in its building and has experience with projects that have earned LEED Gold (through United States Green Building Council) and GreenPoint Rated (through Build It Green) certifications. PCD has residential experience in constructing condominiums, townhomes, apartments, mixed-use projects and single family homes. Commercial project experience includes schools, restaurants, office/tenant improvements, rehabilitation facilities, shopping centers/retail, historical landmark buildings, parking lots, subterranean garages and hospitality applications. Regardless of the project style, our goal is to build with a sense of casual, coastal elegance, creating spaces that appeal to the most sophisticated clients. The thoughtful, open floor plans invite you to add your own personal style.

PCD takes pride in the relationships it has developed with design team members and enjoys collaboration with sharp thinkers in the industry. PCD has the ability to direct projects, but also has a great desire to work with clients who enjoy a more active role in their projects. After project completion, it’s especially satisfying to see owners and occupants enjoying their new, finished space built by PCD.
